Tournament prizes recognize the best players in each event. Prizes vary by tournament and league, and no prize carries a guaranteed cash-equivalent value.

This document explains the kinds of prizes awarded in MeetPlayNow tournaments, how and when they are awarded, and what players can expect.

1. Types of Prizes

A tournament may offer one or more of the following:

  • Trophy: awarded to the top placements (typically winner, runner-up, and 3rd place). Trophies are symbolic recognition and have no cash value.
  • Credits: an optional credit payout added to the winner's wallet (1 credit = 1 THB; see the Credits Regulation).
  • Sponsor prizes: perks or items provided by tournament or league sponsors. Availability and value vary by league and event.
  • Physical prizes: tangible items (e.g. equipment, vouchers) where offered by the organizer.

The exact prizes for each tournament are shown on that tournament's page before registration.

2. Hall of Fame

  • Every placement you earn is recorded in your profile under Placements / Hall of Fame.
  • Your hall of fame is a permanent record of your tournament results across all sports you play.

3. Placements

Standard placement labels are:

  • Winner (1st place)
  • Runner-up (2nd place)
  • 3rd place
  • Additional placements (4th, semifinalist, quarterfinalist) may appear depending on the tournament format.

4. How and When Prizes Are Awarded

  • Placements are determined once a tournament's final results are validated.
  • Trophies and physical prizes are handed out by the organizer at or after the event, per the organizer's logistics.
  • Credit payouts are added to the winner's wallet automatically after results are finalized and appear in the credit history.
  • Sponsor prizes are fulfilled according to the terms disclosed by the sponsor on the tournament page.

5. No Cash-Equivalent Guarantee

  • Prizes are awarded as described and are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Credit payouts follow the Credits Regulation: credits are a prepayment for services and have no cash value.
  • MeetPlayNow does not guarantee the availability, value, or fulfillment of sponsor or physical prizes; these are the responsibility of the organizer or sponsor.
