Credits Regulation

meetplaynow.com — Bangkok League — Version 01 — June 2026

Credits are the in-platform unit used to pay for tournament entries and shop purchases. 1 credit = 1 THB. Credits are a prepayment for services and are not exchangeable for cash.

This document explains how credits work on MeetPlayNow: how you earn them, how you buy them, how you spend them, and what happens on refunds.

1. What Credits Are

  • Credits are an internal balance held in your MeetPlayNow wallet.
  • The value is fixed: 1 credit is always equal to 1 Thai Baht (THB).
  • Credits can be used to pay all or part of a tournament entry fee, and to pay for purchases in the MeetPlayNow shop.
  • Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred to another user, sold, or exchanged for cash.

2. How You Earn Credits

You can receive credits for free through several platform activities:

  • Sign-up bonus: a welcome credit granted when you create your account.
  • Referrals: credits granted when a friend you referred signs up and completes their first paid tournament.
  • Achievements: credits awarded for reaching certain milestones on the platform.
  • Photos: credits awarded for contributing eligible match or venue photos.
  • Prizes: credits may be awarded as part of a tournament prize (see the Prizes Regulation).

Earned credits are added to the same wallet as purchased credits.

3. How You Buy Credits

  • You can top up your wallet at any time from the Credits page using a secure card payment processed by Stripe.
  • The amount charged equals the number of credits purchased (1 credit = 1 THB), plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
  • Purchased credits appear in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.

4. How You Spend Credits

  • At checkout for a tournament entry, you may choose to apply credits to reduce or fully cover the amount due.
  • Credits may also be applied to eligible purchases in the MeetPlayNow shop.
  • Where a remaining balance is due after applying credits, it is charged to your card.

5. Expiry

  • Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Earned credits (sign-up, referral, achievement, photo, prize) may carry an expiry that is shown when the credit is granted; where no expiry is shown, the credit does not expire.

6. Refunds

  • When a tournament entry paid with credits is refunded under the applicable refund policy, the corresponding credits are re-credited to your wallet.
  • Refunds are returned as credits, not as cash. Credits originally purchased remain a prepayment for services and are not refundable to your card.

7. Records

Your full credit history — every grant, purchase, spend, and refund — is visible on your Credits page and is retained for accounting purposes in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
